No. Vaplio needs a connection to record sales, so stock and cash stay right across every device. If the connection drops, the cart is kept and you can take payment as soon as you're back online.

Yes. Import your products from a spreadsheet, opening stock included, and check everything before it's saved.

Yes. When you add an e-liquid, tick sell by ml and set the bottle size and the refill price per ml. At the till you open a sealed bottle when it's needed and sell it a few ml at a time. Vaplio keeps the open ml and the sealed bottles apart for each branch, and every opened bottle is on record.

Yes. The till records cash, card, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, and one sale can be split across several of them. Vaplio records how the customer paid; the money itself goes through your own accounts as usual.

Yes. Each branch has its own products, prices, stock, cash and staff access, and owners see reports per branch or for the whole business. Each plan includes one or more branches, and the Business and Pro plans can add extra branches.

Yes. Each branch can take orders on your store page for pickup or delivery, paid on collection, or send orders to your WhatsApp. You decide per branch, and you can turn ordering off at any time.

No. Your shop delivers its own orders. Vaplio takes the order, holds the stock when you confirm it and keeps the customer updated.

Monthly, or yearly for the price of 10 months. We record your payment and you can print or save a receipt for it in the app.

You keep selling during a grace period. If the plan is still unpaid after that, new sales and online orders pause until you renew. You can still sign in and see all your data, and nothing is deleted.

Vaplio is point of sale (POS) and retail management software for vape shops in Pakistan: a till with refills sold by the ml, stock and cash per branch, reports for owners, an online store where customers order for pickup or delivery, and Lio, an AI assistant that answers questions about the shop from its own records.

Yes. Each business's data is kept separate and protected by strict access controls, and we never sell it. See our privacy policy for the details.

Yes. Vaplio keeps each partner's money in the business, splits the monthly profit by their shares and shows how much is free to pay out after what the business owes. Payouts and money a partner puts in are recorded, so everyone sees the same figures.

On the Money screen. Cash in the drawers is counted at closing, and everything else (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, card payments and cash you hold) is one business money balance. Money shows what the business has, what it owes suppliers and partners, and what it's worth, with every rupee explained.

Yes. Lio is an AI assistant built into Vaplio for owners and managers. Ask it about sales, profit, refills, stock, expenses or cash in English, Roman Urdu or Urdu, and it answers from your own records, explains how each figure is worked out and opens the right screen. It only reads, never changes anything, and only shows what the person asking is allowed to see. Lio is in early access and included in every plan.

Not yet. Vaplio's screens are in English, and FBR integration isn't included. Lio, the AI assistant, understands and answers in Roman Urdu and Urdu as well as English.

Vaplio was founded by Faizan Aslam, its Founder & CEO. It grew out of a point of sale built for a working vape shop in Pakistan.
