The service

Vaplio provides software for vape shops to sell in store, manage stock and cash, run reports and take online orders through a store page and the vaplio.com directory. Vaplio needs an internet connection; it does not support selling offline.

Accounts

The shop owner is responsible for the business account, for the staff accounts they create and for keeping passwords private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.

Shops' responsibilities

Each shop is responsible for its own business, including:

Selling nicotine and vape products only to adults and only where it is legal, and following all laws that apply to its products, prices, taxes and records.
The accuracy of its products, prices, stock statuses, opening hours and store information.
Its orders: confirming, preparing, delivering or handing them over, collecting payment, and handling cancellations, returns and refunds with its customers.
The content it uploads, which must not infringe anyone's rights or mislead customers.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance at the prices on vaplio.com/pricing when the period starts. If a payment is late, the business keeps selling during a grace period; after that, new sales and new online orders are paused until the plan is renewed. Data is not deleted because a payment is late. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from the next billing period.

Your data

Each shop owns its business records. We use them only to provide, support and secure the service, as described in our privacy policy. A shop can export its sales and reports at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other businesses' data, interfere with the service, get around plan limits, send spam or use Vaplio for anything unlawful. We may moderate store listings in the directory and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vaplio available and correct, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees the shop paid for the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

A shop can stop using Vaplio at the end of any paid period. We may end or suspend the service for a serious breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will update them from time to time and announce significant changes in the app.
